| Can you build our home for us? This is a question I have been asked many times over the years. Now that the State has instituted "State wide mandatory inspections" I feel I can be more competitive than the "bottom line" builders that plagued the State. Those who know me understand I tend to be a perfectionist when it comes to our projects. I carry this trait over into the home building end of our business. It helps to understand a quality home is more expensive than a "cheap" home in the beginning (though most are surprised by how little). Quality pays for itself over the life of the home, especially at the sale when inspectors find every little code violation your builder left.
