Mature Customers?
Why would a company advertise for mature customers?
Let me explain a little if I may. Maturity is not an age related issue. When applied to the building trades it simply implies
that a mature customer is one that realizes "you don't get something for nothing."
Many times in my life I have lost jobs to a contractor that made promises they had no intentions of keeping. It is
impossible to deal against an unscrupulous contractor. They will always appear less expensive (at first).
I am not one to tell a customer they should choose me because this person simply can't do what we discussed for the
price they gave. I will shrug my shoulders and walk away rather than appear to grovel
In Essence:
If you are a person that is greedy, self centered, or like to have control in business dealings I am not your builder.
If you are a person that can logically discuss issues and problems, like to be treated as an equal and realize that life
doesn't have to be a battle, we will work well together.
