The pictures above and  directly below are of the Master Bathroom ceiling. These are all above or adjacent to
the vanity, tub and shower. Note the the furrdown above the tub that extends over to the shower. Water travels
the path of least resistance which would be the walls opening. Please note the staining on the furrdown 1st pic.

The Garage
The water covered a large area of the garage. you can
see where it ran through the seams. The picture on the
left faces the wall that borders the Master Bathroom.
There was topical mold growth on the garage wall.
The garage ceiling is insulated as there is a gameroom
above it.

The right side pic is towards the right side exterior wall
which also sustained significant water damage.
There is a small amount of hardi backer behind
both the tub and shower. Unfortunately the tile
extends beyond the hardi onto the standard drywall.
The drywall is brittle and would appear to show
signs of water staining in these two pictures.
